OUR STYLING CARE GUIDELINES: Keeping Our Furniture Beautiful for Everyone

We encourage you to enjoy the beautiful transformation that our specialist design team has brought to your property. As part of our commitment to providing you with high-quality styling, we would like to share some guidelines to help you maintain the quality and condition of our furniture throughout the sale campaign.

Please note the following guidelines to help ensure our furniture remains in excellent condition:

  • All bed linen we have supplied is for display only and not for personal use. 
  • For clients who are staying in the property during the duration of the styling hire campaign, we kindly request that the bed linen and soft furnishings we have supplied be removed from the beds and not used after the real estate photography and open day inspections.
  • To assist you with proper storage, we can provide Part Style Care Bags upon request. These bags are designed to keep the linen and soft furnishings in pristine condition.
  • While our sofas, dining chairs, occasional chairs may look inviting to lounge on, we recommend not sitting on them for safety reasons. To ensure the longevity of our furniture, we recommend not sitting on our sofas, dining chairs, and occasional chairs for safety reasons.
  • If you have added any personal items to the space, please inform us with photos and specific details so that we can ensure they are not mistakenly taken during the collection of our styling.
  • While we understand that you may need to move some items for your convenience, we kindly request that you try to avoid moving our styling pieces to maintain their careful placement and avoid potential damage or misplacement.
  • Whenever possible, please bring in all outdoor cushions and decor to avoid weather damage.

At Surfcoast Property Stylist, we take great pride in providing high-quality and well-maintained furniture. In the unfortunate event of any accidental damage to the styling items, kindly note that repair or cleaning fees may apply.
