PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR PART STYLE SOLUTIONS

For Part Style Solutions in occupied homes, we kindly request that you read the information found in our Guide for Occupied Homes, to help you through preparing your home before our styling crew arrives.

  • We ask that you remove all linen and pillows from the beds unless we specifically mention that we plan to use them in the styling process. This will help us ensure that the beds look their best and are presented in a way that appeals to potential buyers. Please refer to the Styling Plan for specific instructions on what will be used in the styling.
  • If we plan to use your linen for styling, please make your bed with clean bed sheets, pillowcases, and doona covers. We will add our cushions and throw rugs over the top of your bedding to create the final look. This will help us ensure that your bedding looks fresh and clean and complements the rest of the styling.
  • We ask that you remove all personal items such as pyjamas, toothbrushes, and other personal effects from the beds and surrounding areas. This will help us ensure that the space looks clean, tidy, and uncluttered, which is important for creating a welcoming and appealing environment for potential buyers.
  • Please remove any furniture, decor, cushions, or accessories that are not specifically mentioned in the “Use Existing” list on the Property Styling Plan. This will help us ensure that the space is presented in the best possible way, with a cohesive and stylish design that appeals to potential buyers.
  • We ask that you thoroughly clean and clear all kitchen benches, bathroom vanities, table tops, side tables, and shelves according to the Styling Plan. This will help us create a clean and inviting environment that showcases the best features of your property.
  • If there are any existing TV brackets in the property that are not being used, please remove them before we arrive to style the property. This will help us ensure that the space looks clean and uncluttered, with no unnecessary or unsightly fixtures that could detract from the overall design.
